Delivery Charge

Charges

1. Orders will generally attract a single delivery charge of £9.99 per 20 kg provided that goods are being delivered to a single recipient at a single delivery address.  The exact delivery price for your order will be shown during checkout.
2. We may from time to time run special offers on delivery. Please check site for details.
3. For orders to multiple recipients and addresses please contact us for details of delivery charges on 0207 247 3131.

Time

1. All orders placed will be dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday.
2. We will attempt to deliver the product twice, after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the carrier for delivery of the products. The carrier will return your order to Hungry Fish Limited, usually within 2 days following the 2 attempts, if it has not been collected or a suitable redelivery agreed with the carrier. You will then be responsible for collecting them from us at your own expense. If the order subsequently needs to be dispatched again then this would also be at your own expense or, if it is a gift, at the expense of the sender.
3. Outside of the festive period, orders will be delivered, as normal, within 5 working days with the exception of orders placed to addresses within the postcodes detailed below. Orders placed for delivery to addresses within these postcodes may take up to 7 working days to arrive.
4. We can accept orders from outside of the UK for delivery within the UK, but regret that we are unable to deliver orders placed on this site to addresses outside of the UK.
5. We regret we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.

Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us using the details above or return the incorrect item to Hungry Fish Limited online store. We will organise for the correct product to be delivered to you as soon as possible, or refund you in full for the returned stock should you prefer.
